Have now been lucky enough to eat at the new Exchange Bistro several times and have no hesitation giving it 5 stars a pity that 6 stars is not an option. The food is excellent, staff attentive and the decor like something you would get in the west end of London. Why not take a trip down to the Exchange and experience the quality for yourself. David
Last night we had our christmas party at the exchange and I can't praise the Bistro enough! The setting is picturesque, the staff couldn't do enough for us and lastly the food was seriously the best i have ever tasted (and I eat out quite alot) so thank you for a great night. I would definitely recommend this place :-)
