A fantastic option for vegetarians in the center of Newcastle. The staff were attentive and quick during the lunch and two dinners I visited (even when I walked in 1 hour before closing time). There were multiple veggie options, the Sweet Potato Gnocchi being particularly good. A couple of Real Ale options also.
We really enjoyed our meal at the Scrumpy Willow and Singing kettle. It was a bit different and catered well for vegetarian tastes although there was not an exceptionally huge range of choice. However, what there was was extremely yummy. We bought a gift voucher for a vegetarian friend and we will certainly go back for more!

what a great place, lunchtimes are great but the evenings are slightly better as its slightly more formal but not in a stuffy way. Food is equally great by day or night.
