Together with four other friends, I went to WHQ to try somewhere new expecting funky house, which was listed on this site.
We arrived, paying £7 each, to find no funky house. We asked the doorman who directed us to the manager who was the DJ.
I asked the DJ and he said "you'll find no funky house here, speak to the manager".
Confused we spoke to the doorman again to ask if we could have a refund and try somewhere else as this is not what we had expected.
I have never encountered anyone so rude and unfriendly. The 8 foot-tall doorman towered over me, laughed in my face and refused to allow me to speak to the manager.
He spoke to me like dirt, told us we weren't getting a refund and impolitely asked us to leave.
I found WHQ to be a grubby place with sticky carpets that made me cringe. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and downright rude.
I would never go back and would not recommend it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Always a good nite here, drinks arent to pricey and you dont have to queue for hours to be served.
