Sour Grapes

This has to be the worst wine bar in history....

Rude staff, poor wines at expensive prices and an atmosphere that couldn't even challenge a motorway cafe - don't even bother trying it, save your money!

Dreadful excuse for a wine bar. Very few wines on offer with a pretentious and arrogant owner.

Simply an awful experience.

Totally agree with the last two reviews. I visited last night with 4 friends, the dinning area was very clean and the table had been thoughtfully set to suit the uneven number. Although the menu choice was not vast the food was wonderful. We all had a lovely meal, the staff were very attentive and helpful. We are planning our next visit very soon.

Quite strange think this must be the worst little wine bar! I have been into in a long while! Well lets face it is it really a wine bar! Wine is really not good not much choice very local not for any one outside of their very small town! Would not reccomend it to any one for business Nightmare! Owners full of own self importance much better beer and wine at Tap and Spile Owners cool!

first class venue for a party. fanatastic staff and great food
