A group of 8 of us used this restaraunt. Upon arrival the place was not busy but staff took a while to take the drinks order. Then came the food. I ordered a main course (gamberoni) which was £16.50. This dish was tasteless and hard. I complained to one waiter who was not really interested and told me he would inform the chef. The other waiters words were that you should have ordered something else! Very rude. The other 7 at the table said that the food was ok but as a whole o would never recommend this place.
We've been as a family to this restaurant a number of times. Our son loves it. They make delicious pizzas and always seem to have a good range of dishes on the specials board. Beautiful old building covered in tiles inside with impressive high ceilings. Prices are very good, and there are opportunities to make savings in happy hours etc. The staff are very pleasant and are either Italian or have been trained to carry off a damned good Italian accent! (I'm kidding!)Makes it feel authentic, and as the food is so good, you should have a good experience.
