I visited this pub for an evening meal and was served semi cooked and raw chicken, the chef made some lame excuses about probing the meat, I can only assume his 'probe' was as inoperable as his oven. The landlady also admitted having had the same problem that afternoon with another customer, so this event was not a 'one off!' I was totally disgusted and would advise against visiting these premises for meals unless you wish to be violently ill through being served raw meat.

it is time you took this comment off as the pub is now under new management and is very accomadating.with excellent food.
