Where is a good bar or pub for students to go to start the night? is there one that has really cheap drinks and on what nights?

The Hancock is a good place for students. I cant remember the exact nights, but its pretty cheap and a great night out! plus the food is quality so its a good place to start with some food

steer away from Flynn's on the Quayside, yes they offer trebles for next 2 nothing but it's unbranded 20% abv..........not worth a light.Dull, dingy + dirty......

Liquid in Newcastle is a good place for students on a thursday! Really cheap!!
