if i could sum this pub up in one word it would be fun, but i cant as it does not give good insight.
i have spent many occasions here and have not had a bad one yet. the reason for this is that the owners are head of the pub watch for the area and do not stand for any type of trouble. if anything does happen it is dealt with before anyone gets hurt.
All the staff very friendly as are The owners who are very kind. there is Karaoke on the weekends where you can have fun and have a go yourself.

the decor of the place is strongly a Geordie pub but all football is on the TV in the bar. the drinks are Really good value as you can get a bottle of brown ale, vodka and a can of diet coke, Bacardi and coke and also a pint for under £10. the pub can get very busy with all the events that happen but they are always good fun if you join in. i have been there on St Patrics day where the staff and customers dressed up in many different themed costumes like a leprechaun.

Great pub!! Great Staff!!
