whats happened went there on sunday passerby told me its been closed for a couple of weeks do anyone know where the chef has gone to any ideas

What a find the gamekeeper was for me and my family. A 3 course sunday lunch in a lovely atmosphere me and my family love it. Worth every penny at 5.95. Cant wait for Sundays now..

heard about a thursday club which is on at the gamekeeper during the afternoon. so i took my mother, she really enjoyed it. we had soup a dinner and ice cream and it only cost £5.00 each. they had a singer on and it was just a really nice day.

passed here last sunday after a day out with the wife,the food was spot on a proper sunday lunch and the soup was fantastic no room for the pudding tho. going back this sunday and i live in wallsend worth the trip

i love carvery and this is one of my favs, i def prefer it to toby carvery.
