I have given Macdonalds at Blaydon 5 stars for one reason, a member of staff called Ken who looks after the tables & customers. He is fantastic, keeps the place spotless and his customer service is the best! He's always happy & friendly & is a fine example of what good customer service is all about. Well done Ken, we will visit Macdonalds again, just as long as you're on duty :o}
